Belvedere
Space object in front of the castle Domaine de Boisbuchet. The extremely light-weight building kit construction consists of 0,6mm sheet holms with wire tension. Galvanized U-profiles from industrial production have been modified for the free standing square building.
The permanent art installation is also a prototype for mobile and permanent living- and space modules, that can be used in different climatic regions. Within a few steps, the sheet holms can be - similar to dry construction - combined to form a house module with 20sqm floor space.
